Two comics. Left is Max Bacon - originally a drummer with Ambrose's orchestra. Max Bacon was born in 1906 and died 1966.

In the 1960 film 'The Entertainer' Max played Impressario Alan Klein. With his bald head, big stomach and big cigar he looked like every inch a comic book version of a Jewish impressario.
